Tuition rates are set annually by the Pittsburgh East Regional Catholic Elementary Schools, Inc. Board. The fee schedule is given to each family prior to the end of the school year. .
FACTS Tuition Management facilitates the tuition process at Saint Therese School. They offer a choice of payment options and plans and provide registered users with Internet access to their account data. Families may set up their FACTS account here.
All parishioners fill out a Pastor Verification Form and submits to their Parish Pastor for signature. If approved by the pastor, the subsidized tuition rates are charged.
1 Child, Grades K-8: $5,100
2 Children, Grades K-8: $8,158
3+ Children, Grades K-8: $10,783
Non Catholic, Grades K-8: $6,824 per child
3-year Preschool: $1515 per child
4-year Preschool, Full Day: $2820 per child
4-year Preschool, Half Day: $1730 per child
Scholarship monies are available for eligible families. An independent evaluator, FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, assesses the applications. This one application is used for Scholastic Opportunity Scholarships (SOS), Bishop's Education Fund (BEF), and the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit Program (OSTC). The OSTC is for students who live within the attendance boundaries of a low-achieving school.
Additional assitance may be available through the region and/or Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish.

Families are strongly encouraged to apply online, however a limited number of paper applications are available in the school office. Tuition amounts will be sent directly from the school office to FACTS. Families are notified of financial assistance prior to the start of school by the Diocesan Office of Catholic Schools.
