Principal's Welcome

Welcome St. Therese families to another exciting school year! 

The 2024-2025 school year is going to be one full of growth, learning, exploration and new beginnings. 

Although this is only my 2nd year at St. Therese, I am not new to the St. Therese community.  I am an alumni of St. Therese School, and was a part of the first Kindergarten class!  The memories I have  of attending school here had a huge part in my decision to return as your Principal.  I have worked for the Diocese of Pittsburgh for the past 21 years as a teacher, and look forward to a year of personal and professional growth as I lead our community down a path of faith and learning. 

I would like to extend a huge welcome to all of our new families and staff. I know that starting something new can be overwhelming and sometimes scary, but rest assured that the staff here at St. Therese will welcome your children with warm hearts and open arms.  

What can parents and the St. Therese community expect this year?  You can expect a full commitment to the Diocesan core values, which grounds everything that we do and believe at St. Therese. We will continue to put our students first, and I challenge all St. Therese stakeholders to grow children to their full potential; academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
