If you’d like a deeper conversation or have additional questions, we welcome you to set up:

A conversation with the Principal
This is a great time to discuss your child’s needs and explore program offerings.
Submit your child’s application through FACTS, and create a FACTS account if you do not already have one.

The application is considered submitted once the form and fee are completed.
After review, you will receive one of the following:
Accepted — move on to Step 5
Not Accepted — typically due to space limitations or program compatibility
Further Review Needed — a staff member will contact you to clarify outstanding questions or documents
We are committed to clear, timely communication throughout this process.
If accepted, you’ll receive instructions to complete Enrollment in FACTS.
During this step, you may be asked to:
Enter additional household, medical, or emergency information
Upload documents such as:
Birth certificate
Immunization records
Sacramental records (if applicable)
Previous school records
IEP/504 plans (if applicable)

Your child’s spot is not secured until enrollment is completed.
St. Therese partners with FACTS for secure, flexible tuition management.
Families may choose to pay:
Monthly,
By semester, or
In full
Setting up your payment plan completes the financial portion of enrollment.
Families interested in financial assistance must complete a separate financial aid application.
Important details:
All aid is determined at the diocesan level or through partner organizations
Awards are not automatic — each family must apply individually
You will need to apply on the diocesan website which will guide you through the required documents and deadlines
Completing this step early helps ensure your family receives full consideration.
Depending on your child’s grade level, we may schedule:
A Preschool or Kindergarten readiness screening, and/or
A classroom visit or shadow day
This helps us get to know your child and prepare for a smooth transition.
Watch for communication with details such as:
School supply lists
Uniform information and dress code
Transportation, lunch, and extended care
Back-to-school events
First day instructions
We can’t wait to welcome your family into the St. Therese community!
